Terms and Conditions
Flight Bookings
The full price for an experience flight must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits and part payments are not taken. Any training flight that is booked without pre-payment is subject to a £50 booking fee (redeemable against that flight once flown). We may cancel a flight at any time before take-off because of changing weather conditions, operational circumstances (including pilot availability) or aircraft serviceability. If a flight cannot be operated as booked, we are not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred. We will offer an alternative date at your convenience.
Cancellations / Refunds
Please give as much notice as possible if a flight needs to be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24-hours will be subject to a £50 rebooking fee.
If the customer arrives outside their time slot and cannot be fitted in that day, the flight can be rebooked for a £50 fee. If the customer fails to turn up nor make subsequent contact within one week, the voucher will be forfeited and claimed.
A flight voucher can be refunded within it’s validity, minus a £50 admin fee. For partner vouchers, please contact the associated company.
Suitability
We may refuse to allow you to undertake a flight if for any reason we feel you may be unsuitable. This includes being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please do not consume any alcohol on the day of your flight (prior to flying). If you do, you will forfeit the flight without exception and the flight/voucher cannot be rebooked.
Further, we reserve the right to terminate any flight early, if safety of any of our team or that of the aircraft is compromised. Under such circumstances, no refund will be given.
Age, Medical and Physical Restrictions
The minimum age is 12 years. The maximum weight for a Pitts passenger is 89kg/196lbs. For the Harvard and Extra if you are above 100Kg/220lbs please get in touch. Regardless of weight, the pilot must have full and free movement of the control stick.
You must not undertake the flight if you are suffering from any serious medical condition including epilepsy, fits, a severe head injury, unexplained loss of consciousness, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart condition or have recently undergone surgery.
We are not qualified to express a medical opinion on your fitness to fly. If you are not feeling completely well on the day, you must not undertake the flight and contact our office as soon as possible. You are responsible for advising us of any health conditions that may affect your safety or that of the pilot, the wider team and the aircraft. In general, you must be healthy and agile enough to climb into the aircraft and safely experience the physical dynamic nature of the flight.
